Pure Herbal Delivery is a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation operating for residents of the State of California.

Pure Herbal Delivery's mission is:

•  To legally provide medical cannabis (marijuana) to members of the collective.

•  To create an online community in order to educate and exchange information and ideas beneficial to medical cannabis patients.

•  To pay all applicable taxes, including sales, income or any other tax requirement.

•  To benefit the not only its members but also the people of California by creating jobs and operating as good corporate citizens.

•  To provide “safe and affordable distribution of marijuana to all patients” as required by California Proposition 215.

•  To reduce community tensions about storefront medical cannabis collectives by offering patients an alternative way to acquire their medicine in a manner that is completely safe, private and does not infringe on anyone else. 

Pure Herbal Delivery pledges:

•  Its members must comply with State of California Medical Marijuana requirements as expressed in Proposition 215 [link to], and SB 420 [link to]

•  Pure Herbal Delivery will verify all doctors’ recommendations and patient IDs.

•  Any and all attempts to commit fraud or to illegally acquire medicine will be reported to authorities.

•  To operate a “closed loop” system, meaning that it will only acquire medicine from members of the collective and never on the black market.

•  Pure Herbal Delivery will never knowingly break the California State Statutes.

•  To reduce the cost of medical cannabis to patient members through efficiency and reduction of overhead costs.
